I've been climbing since 2021. It has become my main (and only) physical hobby. While most of the climbing I do is gym climbing, the type I'm most fond of is climbing outdoors. Specifically, I love "easy" multipitch climbs. I don't climb particularly hard, and with the limited amount of time I can spend climbing outdoors, I'd rather spend that time just having fun in beautiful places. After all (and as overused it is), "The best climber is the one having the most fun" - Alex Lowe.
This isn't to say that me and my friends cruise up all the climbs. I like to say that we are barely competent. One of my friends once noted: "has there ever been a climbing trip we've taken that hasn't been a complete disaster?" We get lost on the approach, get off route, and climb slowly. But to me, that just makes the experience more memorable. Or at least, that's how I cope with our mediocrity.
Well, here are trip reports I've written up about most of my climbing trips, except all the times I've been to Pilot Mountain and subsequent Moore's Wall trips.
